Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is an ideal location for Orlando / Disney attractions or a relaxing holiday. Florida has an all year round holiday climate so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the year. Calabay Lodge at Tower Lake is a luxuriously appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2 en suite) villa with Games Room, Pool (with Swim Jets) and spa on the west facing sun deck to enjoy the sunsets in private. The pool and deck area are to the latest high safety standards with safety fence (removable) and alarms to protect children. All essential amenities, shops, fast food, banks all within 2-3 minutes drive. Located off Highway 27 5 miles south of junction 55 on the I4 (interstate 4) Tower Lake is easily accessed with good roads allowing Disney to reached in 20 minutes and Universal Studios in 35 minutes. Orlando International Airport is also within 30 minutes. Golfers are well catered, with Southern Dunes 3 minutes away and at least 40 more excellent courses within 20 -30 mins.

In addition to Disney, Universal and other Orlando attractions our villa is ideally situated for Cypress Gardens and Fantasy of Flight. Busch Gardens is about 45 minutes drive on the way to Tampa. A new Shopping Mall, Posner Park is under construction and Wal-Mart, Walgreens, McDonalds, Burger King, Blockbuster are with a 3 minute drive. The area is a Golfers paradise with many excellent courses, many used by the Professional Golf tours in the USA.

The lounge area offers seating for 6 and a double sofa bed. The lounge has a flat screen TV, DVD and cable & Wi-Fi . The telephone allows free local calls. All bedrooms have walk in closets and all have sufficient hanging space & coat hangers. All linen & towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen, leads to the nook (breakfast) area, with seating for 4, the dining room has facilities to seat another six guests. Laundry room with separate washer, drier, iron & ironing board. The pool has a spa and swim jets. The jets allow you to swim, without going anywhere!! The latest USA safety features are included, a removable safety fence is fitted and all the doors leading to the pool deck are alarmed. Giving peace of mind that young children cannot access the area without adults being made aware. Al-fresco dining is a delight as the pool area faces west allowing the guests to enjoy the wonderful Floridian sunsets; sun loungers are also by the pool.

Golf Information: Golfers have 41 courses in Polk county alone, many like Southern Dunes, 3 minutes away and DiamondBack have been used by the Pro Tours. There are dozens more excellent courses around the Orlando area, Florida is the ideal place to play all year round.

Games Room & Pool The games room added in September 08 comes with 8ft Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Football & Electronic darts. The Pool is the only one equipped with Swim Jets which allow for a good workout in the pool for those who want to keep trim.

Local Management The Local Management are local and live within 5 minutes, we are sure they will go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your holiday experience at Tower Lake.
