This attractive farmhouse is beautifully situated on a hill above Lucolena, which is a part of the municipality of Greve in Chianti. Ideal for those who want to crave for tranquility, walking in the surrounding forests, or strolling casually through one of the antique villages nearby. Poggetta is situated right in the centre of the cultural triangle of Florence 50 km, Siena 40km and Arezzo 40km. The farmhouse is not far from Radda, Gaiole, Siena, Impruneta, Florence, Figline Valdarno. You will find a food store and typical Tuscany restaurants in the village of Lucolena (500 meters). Wines and Olive oil you can acquire at the reception of our winery (600 meters). The nearest markets are in Greve (each Saturday) and in Figline Valdarno (each Tuesday) Nearby there are some known shopping malls (clothes). The nearest exit of the highway (A1) is in INCISA (coming from the north it is the one after 'Florence South')

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • The prices include the stay up to 8 persons, the use of the swimming pool, bed-linen, towels, the consumption of water, gas and power, as well as the final cleaning.
    For each additional person is to add to the weekly-price Euro 40.
    For uninterrupted stays longer than 13 days, we will grant you a discount of 7 % of the total amount.
    Possible expenses for heating or wood for the open fire-places will be charged separately (heating max. Euro 28/day).
  • In order to confirm a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total apartment price will have to be paid. This amount can either be deposited into our bank account or be paid through 'PAYPAL' or paid by credit card (all except American Express).
    Possible stays from Saturday to Saturday.

    Arrival: your apartment will be ready for you as from 16:00h (4:00 p.m.)
    Departure: please vacate your apartment by 10:00 a.m., thank you. Open all year
  • At arrival we ask for a deposit of Euro 200.- against possible damages and/or losses. This deposit will be refunded at departure, expenses caused by damages or losses may be deducted.
