This home really is stunning. The pool is in a very quiet location not overlooked whilst overlooking the lake to a superb new golf course. Maintained, furnished and equipped to the highest of standards. This property recently underwent a full make over is in excellent condition. The large living room overlook the very spacious pool deck and spa by the pool. Large well equipped kitchen, huge deck area. On a quiet residential street, very close to some fantastic beaches, restaurants, shops, golf courses, in fact virtually everything you could wish for is within 15 minutes. Pine Valley has the newest golf course on Rotonda, due to be open in January 2008. This is rumoured to be one of the best golf courses in the Charlotte County area. This home is ideally located for the nearby beaches on Boca Grande and Minnesota Cay, as well as the beaches on Palm Island and Don Pedro Island which are only accessible by boat. Boat rental is easy and very popular. Shopping mal is only 10 minutes away and there are some fantastic restaurants in very easy access. Rotonda has its own park and children’s play area just 5 minutes from home. Wild life of otter, osprey and many others are often seen on Rotonda whilst in the inter-coastal you will nearly always see dolphin and even occasionally a manatee.
