Three patios, garage, gardens and a massive 35' (length) x 16' (width) x 6' (depth) swimming pool. Just a 6 minute stroll to 3 different, calm West Coast beaches. A brief walk (15-20 minutes) or 5 minute drive to all the local restaurants, bars, shops and amenities at Holetown. Cable TV, telephone, maid, gardeners and pool service. Local beaches include Alleynes Bay, Glitter Bay and Lone Star. For convenience UK 240v socket outlets are provided throughout the Villa as well as local 110v sockets. All usual appliances are fitted. Villa is private and secure, an ideal base from which to explore and enjoy Barbados.

Within walking distance of spectacular calm West Coast Beaches at Alleynes Bay, Glitter Bay, Colony Club Hotel, Royal Pavillion Hotel and the Lone Star Hotel. Local championship golf courses at Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane. Lime Villa is situated in the new private residential development of 'Westport'. All adjoining lots are complete, however from time to time there can be occasional building on other outlying lots.

Living Room has 2 Ceiling fans fitted to provide additional cooling. All 4 bedrooms are individually air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. The private garden is fully enclosed. Private garage, driveway and separate outdoor shower beside the pool. Guest Book 'We had a fabulous time in Barbados, and the villa was even better than we had hoped-what a great swimming pool! Yvette looked after us all very well as did Harold and Luton. We are all very keen to return to Barbados as soon as we are able, and will definitely be in touch as 'Lime Villa' would be our first choice for accommodation.' 'We had a wonderful stay at your villa. After visiting Barbados on previous occasions we wanted to be near to many of the places we had been. The swimming pool is a lovely size as we noticed the villa opposite has had a very small pool put in.
