The unit is located just steps from beautiful beaches full of shelling opportunities. Situated on a large canal, boat dockage is available and a nearby marina offers boat rentals or you may choose to fish from the dock. This town home has a beautiful open kitchen that is well-equipped and a dining area that seats 6. The living area is large and features a sleeper sofa, TV, VCR/DVD/CD player, and a stereo system. Internet access, both wireless and ethernet, is provided. There is also an enclosed lanai with additional living space. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a flat panel TV and DVD player and its own full bath and a balcony. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV, and a balcony.
