This house has direct sea and beach access, so is ideal for beach holidays, fishing, boating and all watersports. Jib Luff is very close to one of the best surfing beaches in Ireland, a links golf course, horse riding, diving at St John's Point and walking. Donegal town is ten minutes drive away with all the traditional Irish attractions you would expect; shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, internet cafe, and banks. Unusually it also has Chinese, Indian and Italian restaurants with take away facilities, as well as traditional fish and chips. Within walking distance of the shore house are two shops with every day necessities and a pub. The pub can also be reached by boat as it has its own pier! In this brand new, luxurious shore house you have all the comforts of home, but are close to some of the most spectacular and unspoilt scenery in Ireland. As there is central heating and an open fire, this house is suitable for rental all year round whatever the weather.

Family friendly! The townhouse has a traditionally Irish 'scullery'.... utility room, which has it's own entrance and where you can change out of wet/sea gear without needing to walk through the kitchen or lounge. There is also a WC and kitchen sink drainer here...... perhaps for cleaning those mackerel you caught earlier! Upstairs the master bedroom has a magnificent shower ensuite, as well as views over the bay. The second double bedroom (with similar sea views), and third bedroom both share the main bathroom with jacuzzi bath, power shower, WC, basin etc. The third bedroom is a twin with bunks for two adults or four children. It can also be easily used as a family bedroom.

Boat and fishing activities for all....... Jib Luff at Inver Port, has sandy and rocky stretches of beach in front of it. The pier will enable your children to fish safely at high tide, and the concrete slipway makes launching your boat child's play. Why not dine alfresco and use the gas BBQ to cook the fish you caught earlier. The spacious grounds around Jib Luff enable you to take full advantage of the scenery and enjoy outdoor living in a safe and luxurious environment. The area is one of natural beauty.... walk along the side roads to the little Spar shop or to the Pub where the river Meany enters Inver bay. Or launch the boat and sail/motor down to the pub, which has its own pier outside! Unlike many holiday rentals in the West of Ireland, you are not isolated. Donegal townand all it's facilites are only 10 minutes drive away. Here you have Banks, Pubs, two large supermarkets, internet cafe, many restaurants and take aways including Chinese, Indian and Italian. The region of Donegal speaks for itself.... Welcome!
