Sugano villa Rental Property Information

Apartment in a old tipical Italian country house, between the town of Orvieto and Bolsena and its wonderful lake. Two towns full of cultural events in summer but also in winter with 'Umbria Jatz Winter' from 28 December to 2 January of every year. Easy to arrive and leave by the highway (A1 Rome-Florence) but also by train at 8 kilometer from our house. Airport of Florence and Rome are both at about 120 km. Animals and woods, roads into the country for walking and tracking or biking. 7 km for going to Bolsena lake beach for swimming or relax your self. Only 70 km to the sea side (Civitavecchia, Capalbio, Argentario) , only about 30 km to Tuscany. Near you can see Monte Rufeno Park, Corbara lake with its wonderful towns, the WWF Reserve of Alviano. About 100 km to Florence, Siene, Perugia, Rome. We are in the heart of Italy and waiting for you.

Built at the top of steep Tufo Rocks it has always been a majestic and fascinating small artistic city, made to measure for man. Orvieto: the city of the good life between art, culture, wine, food and nature.
