Travel from the airport and Train Station: If you arrive at CDG Airport / Orly Airport and plan to take public transport, the easiest is to take the RER. Take RER B Line to St Michel Notre Dame, then change to RER C, for one stop, get off at Musee D’Orsay. The apartment is behind Musee D’Orsay (one block from the river), one minute from the RER station. Same for arrival on train (Eurostar from London) - (Gare du Nord) RER C works great. It's one minute from the RER station, and it is mostly flat, therefore it is easy even you have baggage.
