South Beach apartment Rental Property Information

Centrally-located in South Beach, this great apartment is just two blocks from the beach at 14th Street and Washington Avenue. The apartment is just 3 blocks from Lincoln Road and half a block from Espanola Way. The apartment has been carefully designed by the British owners to provide a great alternative to a modern hotel suite for a fraction of the price. The whole building was refurbished in 2006/7 and the apartment was completely furnished and decorated in November 2007. The wonderful South Beach night-life is all around, but the location is next to a school and mostly very quiet. A perfect combination.

The apartment is in the Art Deco District in South Beach, Miami. South Beach is the southern end of Miami Beach and the South Beach clubs, bars, restaurants, beach and nightlife are legend. This apartment is in the heart of South Miami Beach near the shops and restaurants on Lincoln Road, Collins Avenue, Washington Avenue and Ocean Drive. The gay clubs and bars are nearby, as is the beach.

The living room opens from the apartment front door from the hallway and so has limited privacy. The rooms are very tastefully decorated in modern wood/brown/leather style. The bedroom has both venetian blinds and curtains and can be used to sleep in the daytime as well. There is a dresser in the bedroom with large drawers for storage.
