    We accept payment in the form of all major CREDIT CARDS and BANK TRANSFERS.
    If paying via credit card ther is an additional 2.8% surcharge to be added to the rates given above. There is no fee for bank transfers.
    A minimum deposit of 50% of total rental rate due is required to secure rental. Stays of less than 1 week are due in full at time of booking.

    *Damage deposit is $1,200 cash, personal check or cashiers check on day of arrival (***Please enquire for damage deposit amount needed for shorter stays ****

    *$900 (75%)will be returned to you in full on your day of departure if no visible damages have taken place.
    The final $300 (remaining 25%)will be returned to you via check in the post within 7 days of your departure if we find the property contents to be in perfect condition after our cleaning & inspection team have RE-POSHED the property.
