  • We do not require a security deposit for securing the lodge. However, we will need your flight information so that we know for definite that you are coming! There are no additional charges for cleaning, linen or towels. Longer term bookings can be accepted between mid- November to mid March. Monthly rental for winter longer term bookings is 750€, including utility bills i.e electricity and water. RATES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS: FALLAS, INTERNATIONAL SPORTING EVENTS- MINIMUM STAY 4 NIGHTS. F1 GRAND PRIX 150€ PER NIGHT, OR 850€ FOR THE WEEK. MOTO GP 200€ PER NIGHT, OR 900€ FOR THE WEEK.
  • MONTHLY RENTAL FOR LONGER STAYS AVAILABLE FROM MID- NOVEMBER TO MID- MARCH. MONTHLY RENTAL 750€ INCLUDING UTILITY BILLS (WATER AND ELECTRICITY)

There are fans in the bedrooms for summer evenings and radiators for winter evenings. There is an electric fire in the lounge. There are also electric mosquito killers. Outside, there is a good sized BBQ. There is also a grand selection of books and at least 50 DVD's to choose from. We are also on hand with information on places to visit and to show you where the supermarket is etc. The pool and gardens are maintained for you on a regular basis.
