Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • ALL PRICES GIVEN INCLUDE PROPERTY RATE, 11.5 % TAX & 1 EXIT CLEANING FEE.
    We accept payment in the form of all major CREDIT CARDS and BANK TRANSFERS.
    If paying via credit card ther is an additional 2.8% surcharge to be added to the rates given above.There is no fee for bank transfers.
    A minimum deposit of 50% of total rental rate due is required to secure rental(or a minimum deposit of 75% of total rate for longer stays, 100% due if rental is within 2 weeks of arrival inquiry. Stays of less than 1 week are due in full at time of booking.
    *Damage deposit is $1,200 cash, personal check or cashiers check on day of arrival.
    *$900 (75%)will be returned to you in full on your day of departure if no visible damages have taken place.
    The final $300 (remaining 25%)will be returned to you via check in the post within 7 days of your departure if we find the property contents to be in perfect condition after our cleaning & inspection team have RE-POSHED the property.
  • *A cancellation fee of 50% of reservation deposit applies for all bookings canceled more than 30 days prior to rental date. 100% cancellation of reservation deposit applies for all cancellations made less than 30 days prior to rental date if we are unable to re-book the property.

  • We offer you the chance to just relax....be pampered and truly enjoy your holiday from the start. - Relax right from the beginning with no rental car costs , hassles & no driving or parking problems! We will arrange for collection from your arrival airport (Miami , Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach) by chauffeured town car or limo, and back at the end of your stay. Use of chauffeured car for sightseeing & special events. We can also arrange for local car rental once you have settled into your new home away from home, at great rates should you want to venture out on your own.Contact us for prices and other details . Gourmet dinner each evening by the pool, on the beach, or in your rental can also be arranged. Complimentary fresh flowers, champagne and strawberries on arrival!
