Central gulf coasts area best kept secret, written about in many magazines. Safety Harbour Spa just 2 miles away, Tampa Bay's waters are 200ft. from the front door. We are so close to a lot of activities and major tourist attractions. I am a local and can help you with just about anything.I could also send you more pictures.Don't forget about Honeymoon and Caledesi Islands voted year after year in the tp 10 of the U.S.A.and the Pinellas Trail just 1/2 block away.This area is surrounded by 4 areas of green space protected land. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • The weekly rental is $950.00 during season and flexible off season. A $500.00 security deposit. At time of booking I need a 50% deposit and the balance 3 weeks prior. Cancellations require a 3 week notice. 12% tax added on.
  • I am pretty flexible with dates whether it be for 1 day, weekly,monthly.
