Sleeps 5 as two double & one single bed ideal for 5 adults (sharing) & or 4 adults + 1 child (3 Bedrooms).
There will be a one off additional charge of £85 for bookings 5 persons & over due to additional laundry, bed linen and towels.(assuming two double and one single bed is used). Should sofa bed also be used a further £20 will be charged for additional laundry.
There is an additional charge of £40 per night for bookings less than a week in Mid & Peak & Seasons & a further £20 for Christmas/New Year seasons.
A £150 refundable security/damage deposit is required at time of booking, to be refunded on day of departure after checking property, repaid by internet banking.
A deposit of 50% is payable on booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. A booking is only guaranteed once the deposit has been received and the appilcant receives written confirmation from the property owner. Bookings may be paid by internet banking. - Free internet broadband possible during normal UK weekday working hours (TBA) - computer use possible provided free of charge provided owner available (TBA).
Please note whilst the property has capacity to sleep 7 persons this is not ideal or advisable as the bathroom is an en-suite therefore restricting access. The property has a Cloakroom with second WC & small wash hand basin and this is located via a lobby off the Kitchen - it does not have a second bathroom although the main bathroom is larger than average & is fitted with both a walk in shower and large bath complete with hand shower attachment.
Towels and bed linen provided at no extra charge (please refer to sleeping capacity).
Cot, high chair or booster seats can be provided at no extra cost but we must know this in advance before arrival. Children welcome but property not suitable for young children (2 & 10 years) as house/garden not set up with this in mind
Maid cleaning service available on request at extra cost - Check-in after 14.00 p.m. on day of arrival or as agreed prior to check-in.
Check-out by 11.00 a.m.
It is possible to store baggage after check out until departure - TBA.
Evening arrivals (after 10.30 P.M.) will incur ?20 surcharge.
Bookings from Saturday to Saturday are preffered.
No cancellation charge before & up to ten weeks before arrival however after this date 50% of the amount cancelled will be charged, and up to four weeks before arrival we will charge 100%.
All taxes are included.
No other extra costs.
The property is not for use by any persons other than those informed to R Mitchell at the time of booking.

THE SURROUNDING AREA Westerham is situated on the boarder crossroads of Kent, Surrey & Greater London & is a lively charming village attracting Londoners who simply want to get away from their business life in under an hour from the Capital. Westerham is a large village (bordering on being a small town) offering everything needed to make your stay ideal. The area has good transport links, many first class tourist attractions and a range of local leisure facilities. Non stop fast train services to London Bridge from Sevenoaks rail station take 27 minutes and are on average every 18 minutes making the Lodge a great place to stay. Trains from Bromley South are similar. Westerham Golf Course neighbours the Lodge and welcomes our guests just to attend their bar or restaurant even if it's just to take in the outstanding views and stay for coffee. The area is fantastic for walkers who love the countryside. Rabbits, badgers and deer frequently visit our gardens and make the views even more delightful.
ACCESS FROM WEST Access from the West (using M25), approximately 15 minutes. Leave M25 at junction 6 and travel south on A22 for one mile to roundabout at junction with A25. Turn left onto A25 and proceed to Westerham. Continue on the A25 through Westerham village and the Lodge/Golf course entrance is on the right approximately half a mile out of Westerham going east in the direction of Brasted. Enter the grounds via the Valence School/Golf Course access road located on the right side of the A25. At the crossroads (located just before gates which lead to the Golf Course) turn left back toward the A25.
ACCESS FROM EAST Access from the East (using M25), approximately 10 minutes. Leave M25 at junction 5 onto A21 and exit onto second slip road (A25) signposted to Westerham. The entrance to the Lodge & Golf course is about half a mile out of the village of Brasted, on the left, about half a mile before you get to Westerham Village. Enter the grounds via the Valence School/Golf Course access road located on the left side of the A25. At the crossroads (located just before gates which lead to the Golf Course) turn left back toward the A25.
Golf Information: If you fancy a day of golf, then you can choose from over 15 golf courses all with 15 minutes of the Lodge. WESTERHAM GOLF CLUB is immediately alongside the Lodge & was born out of the great storm of 1987, which created an ideal site for a golf course and was opened in May 1997. The course consists of 18 holes set in mature woodland, with tree-lined fairways, water features and stunning views over the North Downs. The 6,272 yards, par 72 course has been built to a very high standard, with USGA specification greens and irrigation installed on the greens, tees and approaches. The course is complimented by a superb clubhouse, which holds first class facilities including a large spike bar, sun terrace, comfortable changing rooms, Pro shop and air-conditioned function suite. In addition the facilities include a 10-acre driving range, putting green, indoor teaching area and a brand new 8 acre short game area.
