Perfect for winter sports - Skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, ice fishing, snow shoeing - an hour or so drive of 7 major ski resorts, so you can ski a different one each day! There is also lots to be done in Spring and Summer - canoeing, fishing, swimming (in the Connecticut River of course!), walking, hiking, cycling, horse riding, hunting. The Great Outdoors awaits! Drive the beautiful Kancamagus Scenic Highway, look out for moose & other wildlife. If you dare, drive the Mount Washington Autoroad up to the clouds, or ride the Cog Railway. Property is suitable for elderly & infirm (as it is all on one level except for the basement), as is immediate land outside, but the path down to the river is quite steep and may not be suitable for someone who has difficulty walking.

Check in/out details When there is a guest changeover on the same day, we request departure by 11am and arrival after 4pm to allow time for cleaning and preparation.
