Peniscola villa Rental Property Information

Private luxury 5 bed villa furnished to a high standard. Large pool, mature gardens, exquisite views of the castle, sea and harbour. The villa consists of a lounge with log burning fire,TV.DVD player and playstation. Double doors open out into the sunroom., A large dinning room with table seating for 10, open plan kitchen and chill out area with leather sofas. 5 Bedrooms, (3 doubles, 1 twin, 1 bunkbed), two of the bedrooms have closed terraces off making it ideal for those with babies/infants that need space for a travel cot. There are 2 bathrooms one on each floor. Outside there is a decked sunbathing terrace with sun loungers, a part covered terrace for lazy lunches or alfresco dinning. The walk-in pool has a shallow end ideal for younger children, and a deeper end for the more serious swimmer. (the pool is on a salt water system, so no mosquitos and no chemicals) A BBQ area consists of brick built BBQ,with table and chairs. Outside parking for 3 cars.

The villa is located on Atalayas 2 minutes by car (20 mins walking) from Peniscola town and beaches, offerring vast stretches of safe sandy beaches with a blue flag award for cleanliness. Home to the 15th century old castle, once the residence of Pope Benedicto X111 and location for the filming of El Cid. Stroll through the quaint cobbled streets surrounding the castle where you can take in the sounds and smells of the numerous tapas bars/restaurants to suit all tastes. Visit the working harbour when each afternoon the local fishermen bring in the catch of the day. The long promenade comes alive at night with a variety of local entertainers and artists, the hippy market at the foot of the castle has an array of stalls selling hand made jewellery and artefacts. The national park of Sierra d irta with miles of quite coves amongst rocky shores, ideal for some peace and tranquility, and if you are of the naturist type there are several naturist beaches scattered amongst this area.

There is a PlayStation available to use. Towels supplied 2 per person on a weekly basis these will be exchanged after each week as with the bed linen. A cleaning charge weekly is available but extra enquire for tariff). For golfers, the Panoramica golf course is 30/40 mins away, and the prestigious Bonmont golf course, one of the best in the country, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and is the frequent scene of the big national and international tournaments. Situated on the outskirts of Mont-roig del camp approx 1 hours drive from Peniscola, but well worth it, so i am told! So happy holidays enjoy. Long term rentals will be considered during the period of November to May, at a discounted price.
