Antigua villa Rental Property Information

Newly built hurricane resistant and fully insulated detached property in secure private grounds, near to Jolly Harbour and all amenities including marina, casino, bars, restaurants, supermarket and shops. Large outside decking and sun terrace with 4 loungers and swing seat provide comfortable areas for lazing by the pool, large stainless steel gas barbecue for that all important alfresco dining experience. In addition there is a large canopy shade over the ceramic patio dining area which includes a glass top table and comfortable seating for 6. The villa is fully air conditioned, very spacious lounge, dining room table/chairs 6, kitchen and 3 large bedrooms. The pool has a safety cover that can be opened or closed easily. A 29' flat screen TV inclusive of cable channels with DVD player should you wish to have a quiet night in watching a movie. In the kitchen there is a large American style fridge and freezer, gas cooker grill and hob. A separate utility room with large washing machine.

Patio doors open onto the decked veranda which surrounds the villa The second double bedroom (with en-suite shower room) has dressing table, bedside tables and plenty of built in wardrobe space. The 3rd double bedroom has double bed and single bed with built in wardrobe 2 bedside tables. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. The villa can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 6/7 guests.

The main dining area has table and chairs seating 6. Fully air-conditioned and ceiling fans throughout. Outside there are 4 comfortable sun loungers, swing seat, canopy shade over Al Fresco dining area, table and chairs seating 6 and a stainless steel gas BBQ. There is plenty of room on the decked patio area around the pool for sunbathing whilst the covered terrace provides shade. The garden is planted with palms, tropical flowers and shrubs, off road parking. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with WC, basin and bath with shower facility. The second double bedroom its own ensuite bathroom with WC, basin and bath with shower facility. The 3rd bedroom has a bathroom with shower WC and basin across the hallway.

Shops, supermarket, restaurants, bank, and bars are located within Jolly Harbour a few minutes walk from Kirby House, Jolly beach is only a 10 minute stroll and is one of Antigua's best beaches with many water sports available, car hire is therefore not necessary, should you wish to tour the island most taxi drivers offer a full island tour or if you prefer rental cars can be hired we recommend Sunny Rentals Ltd.
