The complete renovation of this townhouse villa just a few minutes outside the walled city of Lucca has recently been finished (fall of 2007). The restoration has created four separate wings which are only rented together as one unit and between them can accommodate up to 15 people. Next to the house there is an independent pool house/outdoor dining area, seating up to 16 people. This house has been equipped with a professional kitchen and a wood oven. The large pool, 14x7 meters, is located in the middle of the huge park with spectacular views on all around.

The charming entry to the wing Puccini opens to a large living/dining area. The kitchen is off the dining room and is fully equipped with range, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The spacious and light-filled living room has a fireplace and a set of wooden stairs leading up to the bedrooms on the floor above. The dining area leads to the kitchen and also has a door leading outside. Also on this ground floor is a full bath and laundry room with washing machine. There are two comfortable double bedrooms on the second floor, each with great views over the Lucca valley. The bedrooms share a bath which has double sinks, toilette and bidet and a large shower. The wing Paganini is a small and private space, perfect for two. The living room is comfortably furnished and features a raised hearth fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with range, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The master bedroom is very large and has a sitting area and double doors leading out to the rear yard.

The wings Boccherini and Catalani There are two units connected to each other. The wing Boccherini, one the ground floor, has a large kitchen/dining room/living area that is full of light and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen, like all of the others in this complex, is new and fully equipped. There are a master bedroom and also a twin bedded room in this unit and the large hall bath is shared by both of the bedrooms. At the top floor there is the wing Catalani. The lofty and very large kitchen/dining and living room space takes full advantage of the great views toward Lucca from three large windows. There is also a fireplace and two large sofas. A master bedroom and the second double bedroom look out over the rear of the property and the pool area. The large bath is shared by both bedrooms.

A beautiful bike and trekking path at just a few hundreds meters from the property runs along the Serchio River, that is now a National park, and into Lucca. Special car rental rates with the possibility pick-up at the airport and drive to your property. Excursion to our own Winery in the Chianti area producing excellent wines with visit to the vineyards, the wine cellar and final wine-tastings with the owners. Possibility of guided tours of the town of Lucca, its villas, and special tours in the countryside. Possibility to play golf in four courses at a distance of 25 up to 40 min. drive. Chauffeur with a 8 seats bus available for special tours in the region. Access to a private beach club and individual tours to discover the ' Cinque Terre' by our 20mt long sailboat.
