Calm district of Moscow, 20 min. by metro from the City Centre, South-East of Moscow, 12km from the centre. Our low-prices policy has nothing common with the good condition of the apartments. New, modern, with the home, nice furniture, TV, broadband Internet access. The kitchen is well equiped with all utensils. Everyday cleaning of the apartment is included in the price. As Moscow is one of the biggest cities in the world, it is quite normal that you will need to get the bus from the metro station to get to the apartment. It takes 15 min. Instead, you can order our transfer taxi, which takes you to the apartment for only 7 EUR from the metro station any time of the day. If you are planning a business trip to Moscow, you should take into account the availability of the conference room for 8 persons, secretary services and Internet\fax services at our property.
