  • All prices shown EXCLUDE 13% sales tax. There is an Accidental Damage Waiver charge of $65 added to each booking. Pool heat is recommended October 31 - March 31 and a charge of $35 per night is made for this facility if required. If your stay is less than 7 nights, an additional $145 surcharge is made for cleaning. A 20% deposit is required to secure this property. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require payment in full at the time of booking. Any cancellation must be notified to the owners in writing by the person who has contracted the vacation. If such notification is received more than 60 days before the vacation commencement date, only the deposit will be retained by the owners. Otherwise the following charges apply: 30 - 60 days before 50%; 30 days before 75%; 14 days or less, 100%. Please contact the owners for a full quote for your stay - longer-term rentals and last-minute bookings often enjoy reduced rates. Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment can be made by either personal cheque or Paypal. If Paypal is used as the method of payment, 4% wil be added to cover their charges.

Pool heating can be provided in the cooler winter months in our 14 x 30 ft pool and raised spa pool. We've provided sufficient seating for our guests so you can relax in comfort by the poolside on our extended 16 x 40ft. pool deck. To protect the kids there's a removable safety fence and all doors leading to the deck area are fitted with safety locks and switchable alarms. Just a short walk from the villa but still within the Seasons community there's a children's play area. A SecurePass entry system has been installed at Las Palmas Villa in autumn 2007which not only adds to the security of your stay but also means that you can travel direct to the villa on arrival. So your vacation can begin that bit sooner, and no key drop-off is required on departure! High speed internet access is provided and all our guests enjoy free local and long distance telephone calls.

Las Palmas Villa - Ideal for your Florida Vacation With its 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, superbly-equipped Games Room and extended pool area and spa, Las Palmas Villa has all you could want - and more! We consider Las Palmas Villa our home from home and have tried to ensure that you have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. As well as the pool area and Games Room we have provided family games and some booksfor all the family. There's a PS2 games console and X-box console as well as 3 DVD players in the villa - so hopefully any free-time family arguments can be avoided!

Other Activities Air boats, crazy golf, shops and restaurants are all within a short drive. The '192' is just 2 minutes from Seasons.
