Views over the countryside. Peaceful position. There is a garden to the front of the villa and a lawn with equipped swimming pool (8x16) (15/5-30/9) with changing room and showers too. Comfortable furniture with some period pieces. The caretaker and his family lives in an apartment next to the villa. 4 hours/day of cleaning help (from Monday to Friday for the bedrooms and bathrooms - hours to be agreed upon) are included in the price. A cook is available, to be requested when booking. The kitchen is more simply furnished compared to the rest of the house. Parking. Telephone. Baby-bed availableCentral heating.
