Both Kissimmee and Orlando areas have an abundance of attractions, shopping and dining experiences that will keep you and your family well occupied throughout your stay with us. International drive in Orlando is only a short drive away and is packed full end to end with large hotels, restaurants, Wet and Wild water park, Shopping to die for, Wonder works (the upside down attraction !) Go cart tracks, Ice skating, Cinemas, Golf and Designer outlet stores, Titanic attraction etc etc and that's just International Drive. !!!

The entire deck area is tastefully finished with brick pave block work which is very attractive . There are ample chairs and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun and chilling out in the evenings. The deck area has lighting to enhance you evening enjoyment of this area. The entire pool and deck area is enclosed with a screen which will allow sun to pass but helps keep those bugs out !!. Pool heating is optional and available by request at an additional charge (5 day minimum). There are phones in the villa that can be used to call anywhere in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, UK, Ireland, France, Italy and Spain free of charge and unlimited !!! WINDSOR HILLS RESORT Windsor Hills Resort is fast becoming the most popular place to stay in the Disney area. Not surprising really considering the superb facilities and so close to Disney !! The resort boasts a beautiful clubhouse with state of the art gym, Private cinema, Sundry shop, Superb community pool and spa, video games room, table tennis, pool tables, Playground. There are also tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, walking trails, bar b q areas, a lake. The list goes on, you can't fail to be impressed !!
The villa has it's very own games room with a pool table , air hockey, darts. a great place to spend some time assuming you have any energy left !! Also a great place to leave the kids while you top up the tan on the pool deck This is not your average run of the mill Florida rental villa. This is a luxury home that the owners have spared no expense to make the home beautiful and comfortable for the enjoyment of their guests. There is simply no comparison with the cheaper villas advertised. If you want the best, look no further, THIS IS IT !!!
Into Golf? You won't be disappointed ! The whole area has an abundance of all types of courses. From fun mini and crazy golf for the kids and families to superb world class facilities designed by the worlds' top professionals. There are courses for the more budget conscious as well as the experts among you who want to play only the best courses and all are within a few minutes drive from this wonderful villa. It is without a doubt a golfer's paradise !!
