Most magnificent views of the complete Upper Valley 4/3, library family room screen/winter porch with 4 fireplaces 2 antique working wood stoves Rented by the Hollywood set and professionals alike Six minutes from Dartmouth within 1/2 hour of all ski areas Weekly, seasonal, longer In summer you can go swimming or boating or catch frogs in the pond pick wild berries and hike The other side of the property which is 35 acres of virgin land is the highest point (or one of the highest points) in Norwich This area abuts the Appalachian Mountain Trail. In winter the land dividing us and the 35 acres is an official snowmobile trail Our guests go snowshoeing cross country skiing We have had teenagers who have built snowboard effects and go snowboarding on the premises. The pond in winter can be used for ice skating or hockey. Open the French doors across the back and the walk out on the existing 2000 sq foot deck to see the views!
