With no rear neighbors the private pool backs onto a retention area offering better than average privacy; relax in your own pool after a long day at the parks!

This home is decorated to a high standard with upgraded furniture; tiled and carpeted living areas and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
All linens are provided but we do ask you to bring your own beach towels for use around the pool. There is cable TV in the living room.

This home is situated on a quiet community, very close to local restaurants and golf courses and with easy access to the I4 and 192 where there are a large variety of places to eat and minutes away from Disney and other attractions. Smoking is not allowed in Vacation Homes and is State Law; Sorry we also have a no pets policy. Turnday: Any.
