Pool heat is optional and available at an extra cost of £70/$120week. Security Deposits of £200/week required per booking. This will be refunded within 28 days of vacating the home unless damages occur.
  • Prices INCLUDE local Florida Tourist Tax (11%) - AND include normal utilities. If you stay for 5 nights or less a cleaning fee of (£60) will be added to the cost.
