Herdade das Pintas is a farmhouse surrounded by 400 hectares of land with a pool. You may rent the manor house which sleeps up to 8 in 4 comfortable bedrooms, enormous living room and terrace overlooking the property's lake. This way you can have your head re-winded for next working year to come. Although the inside of the house is equipped with anti-mosquito and fly electric repellents and window nets, It still exist outside as a typical farm with all kinds of animals.

  • Discounts for pre-reservations of: 3 months before check-in 5 %; 6 months before check-in 10 %. To realise a pre-reservation, 20 % of the total end-cost has to be paid to the landlord. The remaining 80 % of the end-cost has to be paid on arrival (against keys) - any further extras, by the end of every week.
  • In case of cancellations or 'no-show' your reservation deposit of 20 % will be in favour of the Landlord. If the cancellation is made with more than 90 days before arrival, 50 % of the pre-reservation can be returned.
  • Note: For the four weeks between 15th December and 15th January following prices are to be considered: a) for 1 week = Spring and autumn b) for 2 or more weeks Summer prices.
