Herdade das Pintas is a farmhouse surrounded by 400 hectares of land with a pool. You may rent the manor house which sleeps up to 8 in 4 comfortable bedrooms, enormous living room and terrace overlooking the property's lake. This way you can have your head re-winded for next working year to come. Although the inside of the house is equipped with anti-mosquito and fly electric repellents and window nets, It still exist outside as a typical farm with all kinds of animals.

  • Discounts for pre-reservations of: 3 months before check-in 5 %; 6 months before check-in 10 %. To realise a pre-reservation, 20 % of the total end-cost has to be paid to the landlord. The remaining 80 % of the end-cost has to be paid on arrival (against keys) - any further extras, by the end of every week.
  • In case of cancellations or 'no-show' your reservation deposit of 20 % will be in favour of the Landlord. If the cancellation is made with more than 90 days before arrival, 50 % of the pre-reservation can be returned.
  • Note: For the four weeks between 15th December and 15th January following prices are to be considered: a) for 1 week = Spring and autumn b) for 2 or more weeks Summer prices.

Visit the wine fair, the bullfights, the local food market and their cheese, fresh or salted sausages. Estremoz: fair on Saturdays, wine distilleries to visit, restaurants. Alter do Chão: “Lusitano” horses breeding, museum, and hawks.

Further suggestions 2 hours from the Algarve. Or one hour to Alentejo sea shore of west Alentejo. An 18th century property in the UNESCO protected town called Sintra which is considered one of the worlds jewels.
