We have made of this flat a functional place where people enjoy staying. There is concierge service 24hrs and maid service which is very friendly. This is a second home to the owners and each year improvements and renovations are made. It is a very comfortable and well equipped apartment.

PAYMENT 30% deposit secures dates with balance paid 8 weeks prior to departure plus damage deposit of U$ 500 - includes damage/breakage/extra service. DECEMBER 20TH - FEBRUARY 29TH is high season. November/March/April season, price on request according to the length of the stay. Long term lets considered. Payment can be made in USD, EUR, or GBP Pounds by cheque to the owners.
