Italian fashion's outlet in the area there are many place where Italian stylist dress and shoes made You can reach the Adriatic coast in 30 minutes (Fano-Pesaro), and the fantastic coast of Conero in 1 hour and a half. Croatian can also be easily reached from Ancona. We have 2 beautiful rivers Bosso and Burano where is possible to swim like in the natural and fresh swimming pool.

Truffle This area is very rich of white and black truffle. The house is surrounded by truffle's oaks.

Restaurant Two times a week, on Saturday and on Wednesday it is possible to eat in a typical restaurant located in other place (2km), where is possible to eat hand made food and drink a special wine.
