Cape Coral situated on the Southwest coast of Florida, with it's own international airport 15 miles away, it is a waterfront wonderland with over 400 miles of scenic canals, close proximity to unspoilt white sand beaches, a number of excellent golf courses and all the nearby family attractions, restaurants and shopping you could want. Close to Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Islands where you can watch dolphins play. Busch Gardens Theme Park is a couple of hours away for a good day out, as is a trip down the coast to Naples or an hour away to Everglade City for a thrilling ride on an air boat.

    Prices are per villa NOT per person. Rates are the same for two guests as they are for eight guests.
    For over 8 guests there is an extra charge of £100.
    Prices are all inclusive of Pool heat, controlled by guest. 11% Local Tax is required on all bookings. A cleaning fee of £85 is payable on each booking. Monthly rates are available - please enquire.
    A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure all bookings, the final balance due six weeks prior to arrival. A damage deposit of £250 is payable with the final balance, and returned upon a house inspection by our US agent.

Our house was built to Florida code in 2005 and therefore has hurricaine inpact windows, doors, roof etc. for peace of mind for holiday making during the hurricaine season.
