    We prefer payment in US Dollars but DO accept payment in UK sterling.
    We accept personal cheques/checks. Credit card payments also accepted via PayPal.

    Prices are per villa NOT per person. Rates are the same for two guests as they are for eight guests.

    Final cleaning included in price.

    Prices are inclusive of Pool heat, controlled by guest. 11% Local Tax is required on all bookings.

    For monthly rates (4 weeks or more) - deduct 20% .

    Two week min stay over Christmas and New Year.

    A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure all bookings, the final balance due six weeks prior to arrival.

    A damage deposit of £250 is payable with the final balance, and returned upon a house inspection by our US agent.

Our house was built to Florida code in 2005 and therefore has hurricane impact windows, doors, roof etc. for peace of mind for holiday making during the hurricane season.
