South Venice villa Rental Property Information

This luxurious villa was built on a very private 3/4 acre lot and sits well back from the road. Mature oak and palm trees line the driveway to this beautiful villa which is less than a mile from Manasota beach and five minutes drive to major stores and retauraunts. The pool area to the rear of the property offers complete privacy and overlooks a small pond and bird preserve. Palm trees to the rear add a special feature to the well landscaped and beautifully maintained hedges and lawns. At construction the owners opted for upgrades throughout to create a luxury standard which is immediately noticeable with faux painted columns and other feature areas, professional flower arrangements and wallpapered bathrooms. The master suite is served by a seperate air conditioning unit and instant tankless hot water system.
