    Rates INCLUDE Florida State taxes (13%), and the standard cleaning fee. A refundable security deposit is required to cover any potential damages or loss (US$275) which will be returned to you within 4 weeks of your departure from my villa. Pool heat is an optional extra at just $20 per day.
  • A booking deposit of $200 per week is required to confirm your reservation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice before that point. Should you wish to rent for a longer term, discounted rates are available. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Recently refurbished, and regularly updated, I always keep my villa up to the highest standard. Uniquely amongst vacation rental villa owners, I work in the US tourism and hospitality business, and so I do everything I can to offer you the very best in welcome, accommodation and service for your stay. The lounge has a high ceiling keeping you cool during the hot summer days, and the pool side area is equipped with lounge furniture, table and umbrella (just don't forget the sunblock!). Kitchen is fully equipped for you to feel like home from home, and rustle up a quick and easy meal for when you don't feel like eating out.
