CAPACITY * 98m (44m below 1.8m in height) plus lovely balcony, with fab views of Mont Blanc mountain range * Capable of sleeping up to 12 persons, but ideal for 6 to 8 persons * The sleeping arrangements consist of: * 2 double-bedded rooms, one with access to the balcony and the other in the eaves (restricted head height) * Twin-bedded room with a pull out bed if required * Smaller room with bunk beds located on the ground floor. * In addition, a double sofabed located on the curtained mezzanine area can also be used if required (restricted head height).

Just 3 minutes stroll will take you right into the town square of Chamonix, for shops, bars, restaurants, tourist information.

Skiing Skiing in Chamonix Skiing Information: Chamonix provides skiing for all abilities with nursery slopes at Les Planards and Les Chosalets, however it is ideal for the intermediate and advanced skier. The intermediate runs will provide excellent groomed pistes, trails and mogul fields. For the expert skier there is limitless off piste skiing and some of the steepest and most challenging runs in the Alps including the awe-inspiring run down the Vallee Blanche with mountain guide. The apartment is located within a minute or two walk from the nursery slopes, and main bubble cable car, at Brévent.

Golf Information: Golf Information The golf course in the Chamonix valley has a high standard with excellent facilities. It is situated next to the village of Les Praz. Constructed in 1934, originally with 4 holes, it was officially opened on the 20 July 1935 with 9 holes completed. It was only in 1972 the council decided on a further 9 holes. So 10 years later, on the 26 September 1982 it was relaunched with 18 holes. A technical course designed by the prestigious architect Robert Trent Jones Senior, who knew how to make the most of the environment. The course is notable for the its numerous obstacles and raised greens. There is a driving range of 29 bays of which 14 are covered, 2 training greens and 2 bunkers.
