'IOS' romantic , self cateing stone villa was completed in July 2007, in one of the most beautiful localities of southern Lefkas very close to two of the most famous beaches in Greece, Egkremnoi and Porto Katsiki. IOS villa, situated on a low hill, is the sole privately owned property in a verdant municipal area extending to three kilometres. The residence has been built among the oaks, and the olive trees, 40- 150m apart from three other villas to maintain its privacy. The stone residence, of 230sq m, has the capacity to sleep eight (8) to ten (10) individuals. It is in complete harmony with the landscape and is adapted to the traditional architecture. The villa has been built with local stone and natural materials, and roofed with old Byzantine tiles. From the courtyards and the verandas of the house one can enjoy the evenings and the starry sky as well as the splendid colours of sunrise and sunset and of the sun and moon mirrored in the sea before the villa.

To the west a few minutes drive from “Porto Katsiki” (9km) and “Egkremnoi” (13 km), two of the most famous beaches in Greece, the luxurious villa IOS, is also close to Athani (10km) , a small village with a beautiful coast and several tavernas with panoramic view of the sea and sunset. Vasiliki town where visitors can engage in a number of water sports is even closer in the opposite direction, a 6km drive (of which 3km are earth-road). In Vasiliki there are taverns and restaurants to dine in as well as local shops and a super market for provisions, an ATM machine and medical center. Further east a 25 min drive to Nidri and all the eastern beaches such as Poros, Amouso and Syvota with its yachting marina fronted by bars and taverns. Fantastic daily cruise from Vasiliki and Nidri to smaller islands Meganisi, Skorpios and others, as well as cruises to private beaches and day trips to the nearest islands such as Ithaki and Kefalonia.

- Bedroom 1 is on the first level with en-suite bathroom and is fully equipped with a double wooden bed (170x210) headrest, mattress and sublayer as well as bedside tables, toilet - office, wardrobe , armchair and home cinema -DVD. The bed faces the 2m wide French windows which open onto the large veranda with a view to the sea and the islands Ithaca, Cephalonia and a number of smaller islands.
On the ground level there are two bedrooms each with its en -suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have two single beds (1,00 X 2,10) which can be joined into a double (2,00x2,10) without leaving a gap in between.
The bedrooms have home cinema and DVD and big French windows which lead out onto a roofed stone veranda that communicates with the courtyard and swimming-pool area.

Small living area on the ground area with kitchenette (small fridge, two ring oven, dishwasher) and a sofa (bed)which can seat and/or sleep two (mattress 1.40x2.00) and an armchair-bed for one person. Both, sofa bed and armchair are very comfortable for sleeping.
