Enjoy Montmartre cafes and restaurants, bustling with people till the wee hours, then retreat to your calm oasis: Villa Dancourt is in its own private courtyard, with little 'French balconies' and views of the rooftops of old Paris. Six flights up (with an elevator), the apartment has been restored to its original elegance, but with all the modern conveniences, including remodelled kitchen and bath, high-speed internet, and home entertainment.   • Rates are quoted in British pounds. Minimum rental fee: £ 470.
    Credit cards will be processed in US dollars at the current rate. One-half of the total rental fee reserves the dates. The remainder will be due four weeks prior to your visit. If reservation is less than 4 weeks in advance, payment in full is required.
    Check-in is after 3 p.m. on the date of arrival, and check-out is by noon on the date of departure. A security deposit of £500, or an amount equal to one week's rent for longer stays, will be authorized (but not charged) on your credit card before the first day of the rental. Cancellations 30 days or more before the first day of rental: 90% refund. Cancellation less than 30 days in advance: payment is forfeited, unless we are able to rent the apartment for those days, in which case we will refund 80%.
  • After your reservation has been confirmed, we will send you detailed instructions for your arrival.
    Special requests (flowers, champagne, chocolates, whatever) can be arranged for an additional fee.

The kitchen is completely remodeled with all-new appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, and it's stocked with pots and pans and cooking staples—perfect for pulling together wine and hors d’oeuvres or cooking a meal. Watch a movie from our DVD collection, listen to some classic French music, or play your own music in the iPod docking station. There’s central radiator heating in winter and great cross-ventilation plus a ceiling fan for summer. You will be greeted on your arrival at Villa Dancourt by our wonderful Paris liaison, who speaks English and French and is available to help you should any emergencies arise. You can also arrange to have someone come and clean during your stay, for an additional fee. And there is a public swimming pool across the Boulevard, and a garage right downstairs, with hourly, weekly, and monthly rates available.
