Located on a 21500 sqf property totally fenced, you will find all the comfort you need, inside and outside the house, with a large mature garden where you will relax. This 1776 house has kept its traditional charm with its half-timberline and oak beams, its Norman French paving stone, antiques and its harmonious decoration where every details makes a vibrant, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. A real wellness! We took good care of the decoration and the comfort, in the modern equipment, the number of accessories that are at your disposal and we did not forget your sleep. The property is located on the Côte Fleurie, in the village of Pennedepie where you will discover an unspoilt beach and a forest with several hiking paths. There is also a church from the 11th century and of course local products from Normandy. Wonderfully located, 400m away to the sea, between Honfleur and Deauville, you will enjoy the sandy coasted beaches and will discover the cultural inheritance of the area. Around the house At less than 200 feet from the house you will discover a little path which will give direct access to the beach. You will enjoy the swimming in the sea or long walk by the coast. If you like walking along the sea, you can go directly up to Honfleur or Villerville. But if you prefer to change of environment you can go and discover the Bois du Breuil, visible from the house: it is a 296.5 acres forest located on the plateau, at approximately 120 feet of altitude in front of the house. The walk walk, lined with rhododendrons, and a wonderful centenary beech tree alley, dated from 1850, that make the forest well renowned in the region. A closed circuit of approximately 3 miles has wonderful views of the bay of the Seine that will ensure you beautiful walks.

From the house between 10 and 15km you have 4 courses : 1) 'GOLF DE DEAUVILLE ST GATIEN' (St Gatien des Bois) 27-hole course above Deauville, close to the airport. Renowned for its welcoming atmosphere and its excellent restaurant set within an impressive 17th century-cider store. 2) 'AMIRAUTE GOLF CLUB' (Tourgéville/Deauville) A genuine championship course with 27 holes, 7 of which are floodlit at night. Set in exceptional surroundings, the course is an open-air gallery displaying 31 large modern statues. 3) 'GOLF BARRIERE DE DEAUVILLE' (Le Mont Canisy/Deauville) From ideal location on Mont Canisy, just a few minutes from the centre of Deauville, it dominates the town and offers a peaceful setting with a fantastic views over the sea in one direction and over the surrounding countryside in the other.
