Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Security deposits are required for all rentals. Rentals booked within 8 weeks of the rental period require full payment plus the rental deposit of 100 BPS. Security deposits are returned within ten days of the end of the rental minus the deductions for damage, if any, and minus the cleaning charges. Cleaning charges are billed at local Swiss Franc cleaning/labor rates of 50 CHFs per hour and are generally 50 - 75 CHFs depending on the condition of the unit when vacated.
  • Special evening meals can be requested and must be made 48 hours in advance. Nazuna can prepare Japanese or Chinese cuisine.

Towels are changed upon request. Authentic Japanese futons are available as optional/additional bedding. It is possible for Swiss-Comfort to sleep 5 persons but according to the following understanding: 4 Adults or 2 adults and 3 children depending on the sex and the ages of the children. The Swiss-Comfort Apartment is fully furnished and complete with many accessories. Other items available upon request for no extra cost if available. Longer rentals of one month or longer are available upon request. Discounts are possible for longer rentals. During the winter ski/snowboarding season the ski room is conveniently accessible to the apartment and secure. Pets, small dogs preferably, are welcomed but owners must be responsible for any damage they may cause by being in a new location.

Ski/Snowboarding Season Skiing in Leysin is a special treat. Leysin is the birthplace of the snowboard. As a result, snowboarders are welcome on the slopes. The ski pistes have snow-making capability. There are over 120 kilometers of ski pistes. Lessons are available for the beginner, intermediate or advanced skier or snowboarder.
