Charlestown villa Rental Property Information

Welcome to Seahorse Cottage, a lovingly restored wooden Nevisian-style cottage. Moved several times, this 100-year old cottage has finally come to rest in Ramsbury, a short walk into Charlestown and shopping. Prior uses include family home, art gallery, gift shop and artist's studio. This one-bedroom cottage is now the perfect Caribbean hideaway. Seahorse, has its own private gated entrance on 1? acres of fenced garden and has 1200 square feet of living space, including covered verandas. Throughout the cottage are louvered windows and high ceilings with fans. Westward-facing views from the veranda are of the Caribbean Sea, St. Kitts, Statia, and Saba. One can even watch the ferries and cruise boats, as they pull into harbor. The view fully captures the setting sun and, on that rare evening, the "Green Flash". In the evening, St. Kitts lights up like a jewel on the horizon. Seahorse's living room is tastefully furnished with a sofa-bed and a comfortable seating arrangement, including reading library, games, CD player and a selection of CDs. There is beautiful original artwork throughout. The kitchen is completely equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, blender, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, etc.The bedroom has an antique king-sized bed with mosquito netting, screened windows, ceiling fan, TV/DVD player and a selection of DVDs. The spacious walk-in closet has a washer/dryer, linens, towels, and extra pillows. To the rear of the cottage is a "secret garden" with Jacuzzi, all designed for utmost privacy. Security Deposit $500.00.
