We love this villa and we are sure you will, it’s a real home from home, not just a vacation property it is great for sharing your vacation with your family and friends. The villa is luxurious, spacious, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you would require for the perfect holiday. We can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably so the villa is an ideal choice for you and your family and friends to have an relaxing, comfortable and memorable holiday together. With a south facing pool, the extended pool area is 50% larger than most with plants and lighting. It is a peaceful and relaxing location that is not overlooked, it is a welcomed change from the hustle and bustle of the outside world of Orlando. When you come back from an exciting day at the parks, playing golf or shopping you can relax in the spa to take all your aches away and then enjoy a meal and drink in the comfortable outdoor setting. The private pool and spa is great for young and old.

Highlands Reserve, Davenport is situated on the HW27, 5 mins to Interstate 4, junction 58. 15min to the theme parks incl Disney. We have local shopping, take aways, restaurants, banks, supermarkets. Regal Palms is 2 min drive or 10 min walk. Plenty of shopping malls. 1 hour to the beaches on the Gulf coast.

  • Pool and spa heat available for the cooler months (Oct-April) ask for details. Our spa is independent to the pool and is Gas heated therefore is a HOT TUB and seats 10 people comfortable. We have water features, lighting in the outside area which is beautiful in the evening.

Highlands Reserve Golf Highlands Reserve is a prestigious golf club with snack bar and shop. Its setting is beautiful with an abundance of trees. People come back here every year as a top club. We are also close to Champions gate golf.

Our weather was somewhat of a mixed variety but we made the most of our time and enjoyed several days poolside, just relaxing. Discovery Cove was definitely a highlight and I would recommend it to anyone. I left behind some small pool toys and some badminton rackets which hopefully can be used by future guests. I cleaned out your skimmer basket on the pool deck daily as some of the larger leaves would collect and having a pool myself recognize the need to keep it clear. We will be back.
