It has a separate dining area & a spacious living room with 2 large sofas (1 sofa-bed), a large LCD TV 32' + DVD player for the guest to truly sit back & relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances & amenities. The master bedroom has a large romantic bed with its own private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The smaller room has a single bed with trundle bed, with a bathroom just next door with a large shower. Bed linen, Towels, & Nespresso included. In short, this is a fantastic apartment with a central location - ideal for sight-seeing, shopping or business traveler.

    These prices include the 7% VAT. Children free until age 12. Over 12 years old, we consider them as adults.
    High Season is June 1 until September 30.
    Low Season is October 1 until May 31.
    Christmas, New Years, Easter, GSM Fair and other holidays will be considered as high season.
    The minimum stay for these holidays is 7 nights. Otherwise it is 3 nights.
  • The apartment has a maximum capacity of 6, and may not be booked for greater numbers.

    In order to guarantee a reservation or booking, we require a down payment of 10-20% of the total price for your stay. This down payment is non refundable. Upon arrival at the apartment we require the payment of remaining balance, a 400€ security deposit against any possible damage made during your stay, and 70€ cleaning fee. The 400 € security deposit will be entirely refunded during the check-out if the apartment is left in good condition (as it was during the check-in) and no apartment items are damaged or missing. The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive, but it will not be cleaned during your stay.
