The Aurora building has a private gym and 30m lap pool for use by occupiers as well as a BBQ area and its own small supermarket. Across the street from Eagle Street Pier and all the amenities of the city there are a plethora of coffee shops, restaurants and entertainments locally. Further details indoors: The apartment was fitted out in July 2007 to the owners rigorous specifications. All the furniture and appliances are top quality. The dining area on the balcony is an experience you will never forget. For bookings during August you can see the F1-11 jets as they fly below you on their way to the River fire festival. The Fireworks themselves are visible on 2 bends of the river and they explode at eye level. For the rest of the year you can sit and watch the sun set over Mount Cootha or the City.
