Both bedrooms and main living areas all lead directly onto the pool area providing a great focus for guests to share and enjoy. The villa is is fully serviced with a daily maid and gardener to ensure the very best standards are maintained. The owner manages the property and is available to assist with any additional assistance that may be required.

It is located in an upscale area close to the beach providing absolute privacy, quiet and security. The villa is ideal for a large family or a small group to share a private and peaceful break. The huge 18M swimming pool is the focal point for fun and relaxation. It is well shaded and with a good breeze, overlooking a mountain range. The second swimming pool of 65M2 with large shallow area provides a safe and fun place for young children to enjoy. Sunset over the mountains transforms the Villa and at night the lighting and tropical environment will create an unforgettable atmosphere to relax and enjoy dinner beside the pool.

Luxurious and spacious Luxury and space were the essential design themes from the lounge at 95M2 to the largest bedroom suite at 45M2. There are 4 bedroom suites. This provides very comfortable accommodation for 8 people or more with young children sharing with parents. All bedrooms have AC with ceiling fans. The property is maintained to the very highest standard and managed by the owner who resides close by. For those people who need to stay in touch with their business activity the villa has its own holiday office. The office is equipped with comfortable seating and desk as well as high speed Broadband (2Mb), printer, shredder, copier and access to Fax.

Special needs The single floor design, together with wide access makes the property suitable for the disabled or elderly who require a wheelchair. Driveway, lobby and main living floor are all on the same level. Although not specifically designed for disabled even the main pool has wide and shallow steps allowing reasonably easy assisted access.
