Clermont villa Rental Property Information

A wonderful, romantic villa, built in 2005 by the same architect that supervised the renovation of the Barbados Hilton. It has a very light and 'open' design with colonial influences and 'green' features. Located minutes from Barbados sandy beaches, shops and golf course, the villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air con, Cable TV, DVD, CD Player, a solar hot-water system, wireless internet (wifi) and telephone. The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, grill , coffeemaker and a dishwasher and leads to the utility room with washing machine and 3rd toilet. From the utility room there is the exit to the back of the house (safe playing area for small children) and another exit to the garage. There is a large fully furnished living/dining room. Attached to this room is a smaller music room. The en-suite master bedroom has a private patio and jacuzzi. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
