"Rowan House" is simple yet attractive, with well-maintained exotic gardens, located high up in Zetland Plantation. Very open and airy, the bedrooms are separated for privacy: the master bedroom is just beyond the pool, a second bedroom is below the main house (w/separate entry onto the garden), and a third bedroom is over the garage, with beautiful ocean views.
The sunken living room is comfortably situated in the main house, a few steps below the kitchen. A plunge pool, with double steps, is located just off the central terrace. "Rowan House" has attractive ocean views from most sections of the property, and the verdant grounds feature several exotic specimens.
