It is situated near the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones golf course, and is just a 5-minute drive to Pinney's Beach (one of the finest on Nevis) and 10 minutes to the quaint capital of Charlestown. The villa is discreetly hidden behind a 17th-century stone wall on 2 sprawling acres replete w/ mature palm trees, lush vegetation, orange, grapefruit & mango trees. Built around a tropical courtyard, "Chez Wilson" features a magnificent 60-foot vanishing edge swimming pool with sunset views over St. Kitts. "Chez Wilson", though not a deluxe villa, features a large comfortable living room w/cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, tape & CD player, and movie/reading library. A separate dining room seats 10 comfortably and opens onto the large outdoor verandah (with large retractable awnings) overlooking both the pool & tropical island vistas - an ideal site for dining, watching the evening sunsets with your favorite cocktail or just pure relaxation. A modernized kitchen offers all new appliances including refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher & microwave. There are 3 bedrooms w/ ensuite bathrooms on the main floor, and a spacious master suite w/ large oceanview balcony on the upper level. Additionally, there is a large tiled bathroom & study (including fax & photocopying machine). Linens, towels, daily maid & light laundry service, gardener & pool maintenance man are included. Meet and greet service and provisioning of fridge is provided upon arrival. Security Deposit $500.
