Located in the exclusive gated community of Cumbrian Lakes which is situated in a quite conservation area which has its own beauty and charm. You will have your own Pool / Jacuzzi on a large south facing sun catching patio area, with ample sun loungers and chairs. 1 open plan family room,1 lounge to relax in, full kitchen with breakfast bar adjacent to dinning area, 1 queen double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, with a full bathroom between them, a utility room and games area. Upstairs a master bedroom with king bed, en suite with bath and walk in shower , another queen double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with bathroom between, also a PlayStation2 area. With Free High speed Internet and no charge for pool heating. What more do you need?

Cumbrian Lakes with its lakes, walks, jogging track, children's play area wildlife (Cranes Herons Ospreys Ra coon Turtles and of course Alligators) is still a relaxing community, Ideally situated for the theme parks (Disney, Sea world, Universal etc.) the 192 which has shopping malls restaurants ( Olive Garden, Logans, TGI Fridays ) to name just a few. Old Town with its weekly car and motorbike shows Dinner Shows Medieval Times and Arabian Nights a 24 hour Walmart is only 5 minutes away. Golf courses (Falcons Fire. Kissimmee Oaks and Champions Gate) plus many more are only minutes away also some of the best Bass fishing at Lake Taho to be had. So while the Ladies are at the shopping malls the Men can be Golfing or Fishing Then when you get back to your villa you can unwind with a glass of wine.
