Clear Creek villa Rental Property Information

Our beautiful sunshine home, the 'Pink House,' can sleep up to 10 guests, it has 4 bedrooms including a Disney theme kids room, and a den that can double as a 5th bedroom; is equipped with high-speed internet and cable TV; the pool is screened, and the garden is fenced for added privacy with an open aspect to the rear. As it is very conveniently situated, just off US27, a mile from the 192, it really is only 10-15 minutes drive to Disney, and nearby are golf courses, national parks, shopping malls and a multiplex cinema. Our villa is air-conditioned, has a large and airy living room and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, ceiling fans in all rooms for added comfort. The Pink House is well served locally with a choice of 3 major supermarkets, 2 pharmacies, lots of restaurants/takeaways (who also deliver), banks etc. We have furnished the pool deck with a full dining set, and a selection of loungers and recliners for that alfresco breakfast or dinner, or a lazy day 'at home'. So close to all the major theme parks and attractions: Disney, Universal, Gatorland, Orlando Downtown, International Drive, Kissimmee Old Town - and shows such as Dolly's American Stampede, the Titanic Experience, Arabian Knights and Pirates are so close you can almost touch them. There's plenty to do including golf horse, riding, air boat rides all only 10 minutes away. Just up the 27 is Lake Louisa State Park is a few minutes on the US27. Want to see some of the country around - drive east to the Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral and right next door is Merritt Island conservation reserve, you'll drive past and through some lovely woodland, ranches and wild areas. Go west to Tampa Bay, the home of Busch Gardens, the lovely and stylish St Pete's and Clearwater - beautiful beaches and the offshore islands full of charm, fab restaurants and shopping. Head North to Silver Springs, a tranquil setting of gardens, natural spring lake and river, gators, and glass bottom boats, lovely.

  • All the bedrooms are fully furnished with storage and TV. They each have ceiling fans for extra comfort, are fully equipped with bedlinen and comforters, and are carpeted. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a walk in wardrobe as well as a large 6 drawer dresser, 2 small chest of drawers, TV/DVD and full length mirror, views across the pool and telephone. The second guest bedroom is large and bright, has a double wardrobe and also a large tallboy chest of drawers, TV/DVD, full length mirror and two big windows giving views over the pool to open land. Two twin rooms, one is Disney themed with Mickey Mouse motif bunk-beds and TV and accessories; the 4th bedroom has a mini 'jukebox' syle CD/i-pod/clock combi and TV, mirror and double wardrobe. The 'den' (5th bedroom) can sleep up to 2 on a Futon sofa-bed which easily converts to a full-size double bed, it has a single closet and is equipped with TV, X-box, Karaoke/CD machine, games, CDs, books, DVDs and lots more

The kitchen has been fitted with brand new (summer 2007) all stainless steel appliances, stove, fridge/freezer with water and ice dispensers, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, toaster and electric kettle! We can arrange a welcome pack containing coffee, tea, creamer, bread and butter/spread for a small extra charge paid locally.
