Star Lake Manor has everything, at over 7200sq ft of under cover space of which 5800sq ft is air conditioned space, there is more than enough room for even the largest family gathering to have their own personal space. The non smoking and pet free villa easily accommodates 16 people and has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, large family room, large screen theatre / cinema, kitchen, two dining areas, purpose built games room / 2nd living area, double garage and a large private sun deck and pool. The screened sun deck is a massive 88ft x 42ft and has the best uninterrupted view of Star Lake, the main free form pool is an enormous 46ft x 22ft and is interconnected by rock spillways with the spa and children’s pool. The children’s splash pool is 1.5ft deep and the 10 jet spa can comfortably seat 8 adults. The focal point of the pool is the rock waterfall which at 4ft tall is amazing to watch. Pool and Spa Heating is INCLUDED in the price.

Star Lake Manor is situated on one of the most desirable lake frontage lots in the prestigious gated and walled community of Formosa Gardens Estates. The community is 2 miles, being 5 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World ™ and less than a mile to the nearest golf course. Formosa Gardens is located less than a mile from highway 192, between markers 4 & 5, being so close to highway 192 means that shops, restaurants, banks, and mini golf are all only minutes away. Formosa Gardens Estates is unique in the short term rental market, due to all the homes being on large lots of land which provides greater space between the homes which in turn provides the privacy needed for your vacation.

| Notes: | This luxury custom home is fitted out to the highest standard and has its own 7 setter theater/cinema containing luxurious leather reclining seats, surround sound, and a 103' high definition screen. There are no fewer than six 46'+ LCD screens, with the remaining televisions being 32'. As an additional bonus this villa has a covered upstairs rear balcony. The balcony is cooled by large fans and is an ideal spot due to its elevated position to have an outstanding aerial view of the lake and pool. Imagine having your early morning coffee, looking out over the lake covered in mist with the birds singing. At night the balcony is also an ideal spot to view the spectacular magical Disney ™ fireworks at Magic Kingdom ™ and Epcot ™ The house has a computer suite comprising of a powerful computer, a large TFT screen, fax machine, scanner and speakers. Sun deck / pools The screened sun deck is a massive 88ft x 42ft and has the best uninterrupted view of Star Lake where you will see plenty of birds fly over and paddle. As you would expect of a villa of this stature it has an ample supply of upholstered pool furniture, including sun loungers and reclining chairs. Even the most hardy sun worshipper will need to shade from the harsh Florida sun at some point during the day, for which we have provided an extensive shaded Lanai which has large cooling fans and dining table and chairs. For your convenience within the screened area we have provided a covered summer kitchen containing an enormous gas BBQ, 2 burners, sink, refrigerator and ice maker. To complement such a huge sun deck, the main free form pool is an enormous 46ft x 22ft and is interconnected by rock spillways with the spa and children’s pool. There are no fewer than ten fountains, six in the children’s pool and four in the main pool.
Additional facilities The games room has in a 8ft slate bed pool table, and also a 7fr air hockey table. All the main rooms in the house, as well as the Lanai, Balcony and pool area are connected to a centralised audio system. This system provides six simultaneous audio sources around the house. In simple terms this means the whole house is not stuck listening to the same song, for example, you could be listening to your favourite radio station in the bedroom, whilst the games room plays songs from an XM radio channel, and if you bring an iPod then up to two of these can be connected to the system to enable playing of your own music around the house. Our 7 seat theatre / cinema is ready and waiting to whisk you to the movies at a moments notice. Relax in luxurious full leather reclining seats whilst the picture clarity and surround sound will bring such realism you may even think you’re actually in the movie you’re watching.
Baby equipment For your convenience we have provided at no charge, everything you need for your baby, including, two full size cribs/cots and one travel crib/cot, two high chairs, plastic drinking cups, plates, bowls and cutlery. Also to save you money we have provided two strollers so that there is no need to rent them from the theme parks.
Other Activities Disney World is only minutes away with all theme parks in approx 15-20 minutes.
