  • Master Bedroom 1 – This ground floor master bedroom overlooks the pool and Jacuzzi area. The centre piece of this large room is a beautiful 4 poster king bed with sumptuous bedding. It also has matching dresser, mirror and nightstands. There is a TV and walk in closet space. The en-suite bathroom has a roman tub vanity unit with corner bath big enough for 2. Separate walk in shower unit. There is access to the pool area from here. Master Bedroom 2 – This second master bedroom is located upstairs and has luxury king bed with beautiful pillow top bedding and high end furnishings, TV, large walk in closet, en- suite bathroom with bath and shower. Junior Master Bedroom 3/ 4– These junior master bedrooms have queen beds, nightstand, dresser and TV, closet space and an adjacent family bathroom. Living Space/Entertainment Family Room – The large family area has views to the pool outside through the patio doors. This area is furnished to a very high standard with ample and comfortable quality sectional leather seating. This is a great place to relax whilst making use of the top of the range entertainment centre with large flat screen 50 inch plasma TV and DVD player. You can watch your favorite films after a busy day or listen to music. Formal Living Room – For peace and quiet or somewhere to go to read, relax and unwind, the formal living area is furnished with beautiful contemporary furnishings to create the right ambiance away from the day’s activities. Loft Area – The 1st floor seated loft area has a fantastic view of the family area below and is a great place for kids and teens to have fun and hang out. There is a PlayStation 2 console and TV for their enjoyment. Games Room – The large games room is complete with a pool table, extreme air hockey table, electronic darts board, pub table/chairs.

Eating/Dining Gourmet Kitchen – The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect from a luxury home and contains all you need to prepare anything from light snacks to full family feasts. It includes an over-sized refrigerator with ice making facilities, large oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, smoothie maker and has ample cookware and utensils. The kitchen has a centre island. You can choose to eat in the separate formal dining room or more informally in the breakfast nook area adjacent to the kitchen. Formal Dining Room – This tastefully decorated dining room is furnished with a thick marble top table and leather upholstered chairs to bring a contemporary style to your dining experience. This dining area is suited to formal dining or can provide additional seating to the breakfast nook. Ideal for large or two families looking for separate dining and living areas.
