Aviana Resort is one of the newest communities in central Florida and is sited perfectly for all the major attractions but far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this tropical hideaway. A short 10 minute drive away is Disney, Universal Studios, shopping malls, golf resorts, dining and all the exciting nightlife this magical city has to offer. Within the resort, the 6,500 square foot state of the art community clubhouse is surrounded by a large resort pool, child's pool, splash area, community hot tub, sand volley ball court, putting green, cyber café and games arcade, fully equipped gymnasium/exercise room, reception, social area and sundry shop. For keen golfers, there are two of the best golf courses in America just 5 minutes away at Champions Gate Golf Resort and Country Club. These courses were designed by an architect and championship golf professional Gregg Norman. There are also 25 other golf courses throughout the Orlando area.

This is a great place to relax whilst making use of the top of the range entertainment centre with large flat screen 50 inch plasma TV and DVD player. Formal Living Room – For peace and quiet or somewhere to go to read, relax and unwind, the formal living area is furnished with beautiful contemporary furnishings to create the right ambiance away from the day’s activities.
