  • This much space is a quality hotel in this neighbourhood would be over 1,000 pounds per night!
    Other two bedroom flats will be perhaps 20% less but we believe we offer 80% more value!

    Note this is a prime position - north side of Queens Gate Place (hence south facing), opposite the loveliest South Kensington archway, in the prime neighbourhood of South Kensington. The first floor (floor above the ground floor) is the most sought after and indeed the only floor to feature a balcony.....

There are two floor to ceiling east facing windows. Second bedroom: It is on the floor below, hence quite separate and has close access to the shower room. The new twin beds may be pushed together to make a double if required. There is a third bedroom which the owners use for storage, hence not available. All sheets and towels are 100% cotton. Hairdryers available. This is a no smoking , no pets apartment.

You could just about fit a London double Decker bus in the height of the 14 foot reception room. There is a large desk in the Ballroom ideal for writing, working and computing with wired and wireless broadband. There are three new luxury tan leather sofas arrived seating 3 + 3 + 2.
