Nice apartment Rental Property Information

This spacious apartment is situated on the cliffs of the famous Mont Boron Mountain on the east side of Nice. The apartment 'hangs' over the cliff and affords stunning views from all rooms over the Mediterranean, from the light house in Ville Franche to the coast line of Nice all the way to Antibes. The apartment has two master bedrooms each with double beds. The large cool lounge open onto a 30 meter terrace and small garden. The fully equipped kitchen is open plan onto the dining area seating 8, looking on to the comfortable lounge with satellite tv, dvd etc.. Unique to this property is a private elevator to street level from where you can walk to the beach or town with reliable bus services in either direction. This peaceful location is perfect for enjoying the cities, beaches, the mountains and most of all the stunning views on the Mediterranean. A perfect rental.

Just in the backyard of the apartment lies the beautiful area of the Mont- Boron Mountain where you can go jogging/walking in the shady forests following the little paths taking you up to the old castle with a beautiful view over Ville-Franche, Cap Ferrat and Nice. Five minutes walk from the apartment you will find a supermarket and a local grocer. Further towards the old Port, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies etc. There is a little path and stairs right in front, you come down to the sea and the rocks - an area that is quite and very beautiful from where you can go bathing or follow the path by the sea to Nice.. Different options for beaches – either in front of apartment (15min), at Nice (35 min) or Ville-Franche (15 min). Public Transportation: There is a bus stop not far from the apartment that takes you downtown or to the Central train station.
